RECOMMENDED USE:

Take 1-3 times daily.

Taking up to 8 drops per day. 

Start with 2 drops per day and gradually increase until you find the dose that works for you. Only increase by 1-2 drops every 5 days.

We recommend a maximum of 8 drops per day.

Place drops under your tongue, hold for 1-3 minutes then swallow. The longer you hold the oil under your tongue, the more CBD will enter your system.
